As promised, here are my Passover Menu Ideas for 2011! This list is a combination of recipes I posted this year along with some of my favorite Passover recipes from 2010. I hope you find it helpful as you plan your holiday meals. Please remember that any packaged products you buy should be certified Kosher for Passover.
If you decide to make a dish from the list, please comment here on my website and let me know what you think! There is nothing more gratifying than hearing from you all, and your input helps to make this a better and more useful site. Also, if you like what you’re learning here, please consider sharing ToriAvey.com with your friends!
This year, for the first time in close to a decade, I will not be cooking our Seder. We are celebrating with family and friends in Israel. While I love cooking for the holiday, I can’t tell you how excited I am to be celebrating Passover in the Holy Land. I’ll be sure to post a full recap of our Israeli Seder when I get back to the States.
For now, you’ll have to pardon me as I take a holiday break from blogging. I’ll be saying hi and posting some pictures now and then, and I’ll be updating my Twitter @toriavey with pictures from the trip. However, I’m taking a little break from posting recipes till the end of April. It’s now time to relax and have fun with my family.
Chag Pesach Sameach! Have a beautiful Passover full of love and light!
