Thanks for sharing this.
Wow. You have outdone yourself. Everything looks scrumptious. Set an extra place for me!
Tori, do you eat ALL of the food you prepare? Your recipes and presentations are always amazing! If I fixed it all at once, I’d have to change my name to Goodyear!
Judith LOL! Luckily I have lots of friends and family to share my creations with, but I do have to watch the waistline, especially at this time of year (holiday cooking). My husband and I have taken to bike riding which helps to shed the extra “challah pounds.” 🙂
I have made the cupcakes several times for Sukkot parties.
I couldn’t find Beet borscht anywhere, so I am going to try to make it, my boys don’t care for it, so I am making it for myself…crossing my fingers that it will turn out. I am making Challuah, Apple honey cake, Roast chicken, Noodle kugel…Latka’s and honey glazed carrots..
Still working on our menu. We have some osso bucco in the freezer. Wife makes rice kugel. Honey cake. Maybe gazpacho from the garden.
Kugal nom noms!
Tori thanks I need to know more of this style of cooking! Best wishes Chef Mark Anthony Pariano
your recipes are wonderful
IT LOOKS DELICIOUS ! 🙂
Yum
How can I pick when they all are yummy?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
hey what is Rosh H?
Rosh Hashana–the Jewish New Year
Oh when is it? Why do Jewish have a different new year?
Caroline great question! Here’s an overview of the holiday: https://toriavey.com/what-is-rosh-hashanah/
Tori’s honey cake is absolutely THE BEST. I’ve been making it for years and people always rave.
Tamara you are the best. Hope you have a sweet new year!
All these look so delicious!
I had tried a lot of your recipes.. I absolutely love your sangria and challah recipe
If it wasn’t so late here, I would be baking that date nut honey cake right now!
Noodle kugel, although we eat it all year.
On our menu- brisket, kugel, roasted asparagus, your apple honey cake and your holiday sangria, we make them every year now! And my aunt is bringing the round challah. Can’t wait!
thank you Tori Avey! I’ve been on the hunt for a salad without cheese for Rosh Hashana lunch. That citrus salad looks perfect!
Enjoy Jan!
