Hi Tori! A couple of years ago I found a recipe for Passover on your site that looked amazing – butternut squash ‘lasagna’, layers of roasted squash with cashew cream sauce and pesto. But it disappeared before I was able to make it. Was I just dreaming? Hoping you might know something about it:)
That doesn’t sound familiar to me, but it sounds delicious!! Might have to test something similar in my own kitchen… 🙂
OMG. What a line up, I am drooling.
Thanks for the love and featuring one of my recipes in this drool-worthy round up!
Absolutely Emma! Beautiful recipe. 🙂
I’m trying a chook, lemon and honey recipe this year – but the lemons are from someone’s garden, the honey is from marrickville bees and i’ll be getting a freerange chook! So that’s something I hope!
Thank you for this!
They look delicious Tori! So thoughtful of you (I’m not vegan, but I may try some of these out!) 😀
Yes!!! Thanks!
That coconut cream pie and those Brussel sprouts with pomegranate molasses!
Are you vegan now?
Lindsay no, but a lot of my friends are, and I wanted to help them out for the holiday. 🙂
Do you have a good recipe for mock chopped liver?
Hi Heather, there are two on my site. This one is one that I’ve made/tested and my family loves: https://toriavey.com/toris-kitchen/2012/07/aunt-bevs-vegetarian-chopped-liver/ and this one was part of my Passover Potluck back in 2012: https://toriavey.com/toris-kitchen/2012/03/mock-chopped-liver/ from my friend Andrew at Eating Rules.
Let’s party
Thanks Tori!
